Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions like MBSR to help clients achieve relaxation, reduce stress, and improve their overall sense of well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' individual stressors, challenges, and personal goals, developing tailored mindfulness practices that meet their needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques designed to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Design and facilitate group workshops and classes, focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies that foster community support.

• Integrate mindfulness into individualized therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns and guiding clients on their personal growth journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
