Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, including intake evaluations, and formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide ongoing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR to effectively address varying psychological issues.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, ensuring treatment plans are dynamic and adjusted according to client feedback and evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous records of treatment and progress, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards, while utilizing established electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals as necessary to create a seamless, holistic care experience for clients.

• Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to stay current with emerging therapy practices and developments in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients presenting with varied concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current active state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist ).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing therapy services in a mental health setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Ability to work autonomously while also being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
