Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate precise treatment plans for clients, ensuring each treatment approach is tailored to individual needs.

• Respond promptly to regulatory requirements by completing necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as specified by our clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans, enhancing patients' engagement in their treatment.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our services meet or exceed industry standards.

• Act as liaison between clients and various service systems such as state agencies and community organizations, advocating for their needs.

• Foster open communication with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote our mission within the broader community.

• Build and maintain partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to expand service delivery and identify new funding opportunities.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that support team objectives and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will assist consist of a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges. From those seeking support in managing anxiety and depression to individuals on paths to recovery from substance use disorders, your role will be essential in facilitating their journey towards better mental health through tailored therapy interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license (or willingness to obtain one with relocation assistance provided).
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in community health settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
