Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being through comprehensive intake interviews and standardized screening tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
\n
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, employing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing strong de-escalation skills to ensure client safety and well-being during critical moments.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive care and address clients' holistic needs.

• Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of mental health through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may include individuals facing issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, and substance misuse. You will be key in fostering a safe environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, promoting their path toward healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience ideally in a community health or similar setting, demonstrating a robust understanding of diverse mental health disorders.

• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches, with a strong commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in both individual and group therapy settings, applying inclusive practices tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with a proactive approach to managing challenging situations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with specific populations such as veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those with substance use disorders is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial remuneration, we provide:
