Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that accurately evaluate client histories, needs, and strengths to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver high-quality individual and family counseling services using trauma-informed approaches, adapting interventions based on ongoing assessments.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with vulnerable populations, offering compassionate support to individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Licensure: An active clinical license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Professional Integrity: A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3-4 years of clinical experience providing mental health services to diverse populations, particularly those facing complex psychological issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
