Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients through secure video conferencing technology, focusing on enhancing their mental health and well-being.

• Engage clients in open discussions about their emotions and experiences, fostering self-awareness and insight into their relationships.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them define realistic and achievable mental health goals.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions and design personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based approaches.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes without the traditional burdens of excessive paperwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are pre-screened and assessed to ensure they are stable and categorized as low acuity, which allows our therapists to work more effectively without the overwhelming challenges often associated with high-acuity cases. You will work with a diverse range of individuals, providing essential support and helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent license to practice as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proven ability to make informed professional evaluations and recommendations regarding treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth platforms and documentation.
