Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and mental health evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' therapeutic needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals and mental health needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, employing appropriate strategies to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Counselors will provide support to adults from various backgrounds, and therapists are encouraged to leverage their unique skills and experiences to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

• A compassionate demeanor, along with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage client schedules and documentation.

• No disciplinary history with licensing boards.
