This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to $104,000 annually , based on your caseload, with the opportunity for a sign-on bonus. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the goals and preferences of clients, integrating evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to adults utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused methods.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have difficulty attending in-person appointments.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, leveraging your clinical expertise to offer immediate support to clients in distress.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as an LCPC, LCMFT, LMFT, LCSW-C, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.

Preferred Experience\n
