Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to better understand their mental health concerns, mood disorders, and other psychological issues.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, needs, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients through teletherapy, employing solution-focused strategies and cognitive behavioral techniques.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, assessing high-risk clients and coordinating appropriate resources and support.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a strong rapport with clients.

• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, complemented by a non-judgmental approach.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills.
\n
• No disciplinary actions on record with the relevant licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n
