Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to effectively engage with patients while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home setting. The work schedule is typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that evaluate the interplay between medical conditions and mental health, determining the best paths for treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, ensuring that every patient receives tailored interventions.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to effectively engage patients and promote recovery.

• Collaborate closely with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate care, sharing insights and treatment responses to achieve optimal health outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and support in mental health emergencies, acting swiftly to help stabilize patients and connect them with appropriate resources.

• Educate patients about the robust connection between mental and physical health, fostering understanding and self-management skills that empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case conferences, contributing to interdisciplinary care planning and fostering a collaborative treatment environment.

• Stay updated on advancements in integrated care practices, attending workshops and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
