Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine clients' mental health conditions, formulating clinical diagnoses, and creating individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy sessions–individual, group, or family–utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that align with clients' unique goals.

• Offer crisis intervention and management for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support measures.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Engage in collaborative practices by communicating with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care for our clients.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families about mental health issues and available treatment options, acting as an advocate for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide an expansive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, as well as holidays. A sign-on bonus will also be offered to the successful candidate.
