Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for new clients to identify unique mental health needs based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, integrating various therapeutic modalities.

• Provide clinical therapy services, including individual, couples, and family sessions, to address a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress using CRM systems and electronic health record tools to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Adjust treatment plans as required, based on continuous feedback and assessments to promote effective and timely client outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer coordinated care that attends to all facets of client wellbeing.

• Maintain ethical and legal compliance in all aspects of practice, reporting and documenting as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and effectively collaborating with the team.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining connected to the broader team dynamics.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services in a clinical setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an advantage.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong passion for mental health advocacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our Mental Health Counselors receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
