Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health status and develop personalized therapy plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with various mental health disorders and co-occurring issues. You will employ culturally responsive practices to better understand the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, fostering trust and open communication.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proven expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to navigate complex emotional situations with poise.

• Competent in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and fluency in required computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
