Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to design individualized therapy strategies that address each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic techniques, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Offer therapeutic services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring your approach based on the settings and dynamics of each session.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to streamline workflow.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and seminars to remain informed on the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a varied client demographic facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
