Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health through both initial intake sessions and ongoing evaluations, ensuring a clear understanding of their issues and needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop effective treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches and meet their specific therapeutic goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate personal growth and healing.

• Schedule and maintain regular follow-up meetings with clients to track progress, provide support, and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

• Coordinate care by providing referrals to psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals based on patient needs, promoting comprehensive wellness.

• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base facing various challenges, including substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and eating disorders. Our patients come from different backgrounds, highlighting the importance of cultural competence in therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in a related mental health field.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
