This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule where counselors can set their own hours. The role requires a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, with options for part-time work exceeding five hours. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. This demographic may include individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, stress management issues, and other non-crisis situations. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and independent licensure in Massachusetts as a LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PsyD, with no disciplinary actions documented against your license.

• Demonstrated proficiency in digital communication and remote counseling practices, along with reliable access to a stable Wi-Fi connection.
