Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to assess clients' mental health needs, presenting issues, and historical context.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to various client needs, outlining specific goals, appropriate interventions, and anticipated outcomes.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Lead group therapy sessions to provide a safe space for clients to share experiences and receive peer support in addressing common mental health issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as needed, employing safety planning and effective de-escalation strategies.

• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring confidentiality while documenting therapy sessions and communicating effectively with both clients and collaborating professionals.

• Adhere to ethical standards and best practices to ensure comprehensive client care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications\n
