Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our center, your role will involve:

• Maintaining punctuality and consistent attendance to provide reliable support to clients and uphold the clinic’s standards.

• Delivering effective communication that is culturally competent, facilitating positive relationships with clients, their families, and team members.

• Conducting intake assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and adjusting interventions as needed to meet client needs and progress.

• Providing comprehensive case management services which involve gathering client information, identifying specific mental health challenges, and connecting clients with appropriate community resources.

• Completing documentation in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in mental health care.

• Participating in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous quality improvement processes to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current, active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care principles and research-based treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities. In addition to this robust salary structure, we provide:
