Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges, aligning interventions with best practices in mental health care.

• Provide ongoing counseling and therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Communicate regularly with physicians and healthcare providers to report on client progress and collaborate on care adjustments as necessary.

• Document clinical interactions, maintain accurate clinical records, and write progress notes consistent with department policies and ethical standards.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when required, assessing immediate needs and implementing appropriate strategies to ensure client safety.

• Engage with clients' families or support systems to discuss treatment plans and support discharge strategies when applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Your role will involve understanding the socio-economic and cultural backgrounds of clients, thus tailoring your therapeutic approaches to effectively meet their needs and enhance their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field required.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or an equivalent designation is a must.

• A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in providing mental health services to various populations.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client cases independently and efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
