Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health status, identifying areas of concern and potential interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. An emphasis on cultural competence will be crucial as you adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs of individuals from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of four years of experience working in mental health counseling or related settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
