Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that help identify patients' unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational groups that provide support and guidance for common mental health challenges, enhancing community engagement.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health issues.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and local resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential documentation in accordance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population is diverse, including individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and their treatment protocols.

• Proven capability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and to devise effective treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a variety of populations, including children, adults, and families.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
