This position allows for flexible hours, accommodating both part-time and full-time therapists with evening and weekend scheduling options to best meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, client-centered assessments to evaluate mental health concerns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's situation.

• Create individualized treatment plans that are carefully tailored to address clients' unique challenges, setting realistic and achievable goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing a range of evidence-based techniques, fostering an open environment for healing and communication.

• Collaborate closely with other team members to develop an integrated care approach, sharing insights and strategies to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or similar.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 commensurate with experience and credentials.
