Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and utilize evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that consider each patient's unique situation and needs.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among various other modalities tailored to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documents in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and all applicable regulatory standards, ensuring clients' privacy and trust.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to devise comprehensive and integrated care strategies that address multifaceted client needs.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to promote quality of care and professional development.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
