Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while working to deliver outstanding mental health care. However, you will also have the opportunity to work in our outpatient office in Paterson, New Jersey, if preferred. Our focus on collaboration means you will engage in regular meetings with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews to assess their emotional well-being.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the distinct needs and goals of each client, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, to facilitate client progress and recovery.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation techniques and stabilization methods.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment effectiveness and client outcomes, contributing your insights and expertise in regular case consultations.

Qualifications\n
