Work Environment\n

This position allows for a fully remote work setting, facilitating a work-life balance that enables you to focus on your patients' needs. Operating in a telehealth facility, our therapists utilize modern technology to conduct virtual sessions, which allows for flexibility in scheduling and immediate access to care for clients wherever they are located. The work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and a commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

• Proficiency in conducting individual and group therapy with sensitivity to cultural variations and inclusivity.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with an ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and boundary-setting in therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
