This position allows for remote work flexibility, enabling you to provide high-quality care from a location of your choice. While maintaining a connection with your colleagues, you will conduct sessions through secure video conferencing platforms and manage client information using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with new clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify specific needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and, when necessary, make referrals to other specialists.

• Utilize digital tools and EHRs to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, addiction issues, and other psychological conditions. You will be expected to establish rapport and build trusting relationships, employing a culturally competent and inclusive approach tailored to their unique backgrounds and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license in the state of New Jersey as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of experience providing mental health counseling to a diverse clientele.
\n
• Proficient understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment models.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to challenging situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
