Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to establish clients' mental health status through effective interviewing techniques and clinical evaluations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate weekly or biweekly therapy sessions with clients, employing various techniques tailored to their unique circumstances—ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to mindfulness practices.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to assist clients during emergencies, ensuring a prompt and calm response to challenging situations.

• Maintain thorough records of client progress in compliance with state regulations and confidentiality standards.
\n
• Provide referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support groups, to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. You will engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their unique perspectives and challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of four years of related experience working with a variety of mental health issues.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health diagnoses, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the capacity for culturally responsive therapy.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
