Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role centers on supporting clients dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Our clientele includes individuals, couples, families, and groups, with services tailored to meet their unique needs, emphasizing recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• A passing score on relevant national examinations such as the NCE or NCMHCE.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health record systems, specifically AVATAR.

• Strong understanding of the intersection between mental health and physical health issues, including addiction disorders.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging clients and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Joy of Hope Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
