Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms, maintaining high standards of professionalism and client engagement.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure each client receives comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives that aim to raise awareness about mental health resources and reduce stigma.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations to ensure compliance and facilitate quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The diversity of our clients requires a culturally competent approach, enabling you to effectively connect with individuals from varying backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a case load effectively while adhering to high standards of documentation.
