Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Deliver empirically supported therapeutic interventions to clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate frameworks.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to synchronize care efforts and ensure the delivery of holistic mental health services.

• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and effective coping strategies while maintaining a calm and empathetic demeanor.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
