This position is offered in a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that all patient interactions and administrative responsibilities are handled effectively. Your typical workweek will run from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet adaptable environment for both you and your patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients entering mental health therapy, identifying key issues and concerns related to trauma.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.

• Engage deeply with patients through compassionate listening and insightful dialogue to facilitate understanding and healing.

• Monitor individual progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Provide resources and referrals to help patients achieve personal milestones and regain a sense of normalcy.

• Maintain knowledge of best practices by completing required continuing education to support your National Certified Counselor certification.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
