Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs systematically.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from different cultural backgrounds, adding depth to your therapeutic experience and allowing you to develop cultural competence in your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
