Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to identify their mental health status, strengths, and specific therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster client growth.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions addressing wide-ranging issues including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and significant life changes.

• Work closely in a multidisciplinary team setting, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress meticulously, adhering to ethical standards and compliance regulations relevant to mental health practice.

• Participate actively in supervision and team meetings aimed at enhancing treatment strategies and sharing best practices across clinical areas.

Your practice will primarily involve working with a diverse array of clients ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
