Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health needs, establishing personalized treatment goals that align with their unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, engaging clients in meaningful discussions and interventions that facilitate healing and growth.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Maintain organized and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical standards are upheld.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing training to foster professional development and enhance therapeutic skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
