This remote work setting offers you the flexibility to manage your schedule while remaining connected to a collaborative and supportive treatment team. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some scheduling flexibility based on patient needs. Regardless of location, you will have regular virtual meetings and case consultations to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments through telehealth platforms to establish individualized treatment plans, ensuring these plans are informed by evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapies.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and additional evidence-based practices to address each client’s unique mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records aligned with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that all documentation supports the therapeutic process and protects patient confidentiality.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a dedicated treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health providers to enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Participate in weekly case consultations and peer review meetings, leveraging insights from colleagues to improve therapeutic practices and patient outcomes.

• Provide education and support to patients and families, disseminating information about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that facilitate recovery.

• Remain current with advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies to continually refine your therapeutic skills and strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license to practice as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of New York.
