Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, including psychological evaluations and intake interviews that inform treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

• Strong communication skills combined with a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions and track client progress effectively.
