Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work setting while still engaging with patients in an outpatient office model. During a typical workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, you will interact with team members and collaborate on patient care strategies while maintaining clear communication with remote tools. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, specifying therapeutic goals and interventions necessary to foster healing and coping.

• Engage actively with patients to provide support, addressing their concerns while implementing coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.

In this role, you will primarily work with trauma injury patients who have experienced significant emotional and psychological challenges. This includes individuals recovering from acute traumatic experiences, chronic mental health issues, and various emotional disorders. Qualifications\n
