Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, ensuring professional boundaries and ethical standards are upheld in all interactions.

• Build rapport with clients through consistent engagement, including regular progress reviews and discussions about treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess personalized treatment plans to support each client’s mental health journey.
\n
• Utilize an electronic health record system to keep meticulous documentation and maintain progress notes for each client.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate the needs of new clients and set a foundation for treatment.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities that align with best practices in mental health counseling.

• Meet regularly for individual supervision to discuss case management and receive ongoing professional support and guidance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and valid LMHC licensure in New York State.
