This full-time position will primarily focus on assisting individuals recovering from substance use disorders through evidence-based treatment methods. Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while engaging with patients through virtual platforms. However, there will also be opportunities for in-person consultations at our outpatient facility. During standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, you will be expected to be available for patient sessions, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for patients.

This position specifically targets individuals dealing with substance use disorders and their families, providing tailored interventions that address the multifaceted challenges they face. You will work closely with clients who may have diverse backgrounds and various levels of readiness for change, ensuring each person receives personalized attention and support throughout their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

• A strong foundation in understanding substance use disorders, recovery-oriented care, and community support systems.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and group therapy within addiction treatment settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage patients empathetically and non-judgmentally.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information and treatment documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Maxi Wellness Corporation also offers a sign-on bonus to welcome new employees during their initial transition into our team.
