In this fully remote role, you will engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes, utilizing a secure telehealth platform to provide therapy sessions via video calls. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth counseling sessions with clients, focusing on delivering professional mental health support tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Address sub-clinical issues including work-related stress, procrastination, and work-life balance, equipping clients with strategies to cope and thrive.

• Guide clients in establishing personal and career-oriented goals, working collaboratively to enhance their overall well-being.

• Work closely with our internal clinical team to recommend program improvements and enhance the telehealth platform's effectiveness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in addressing a diverse client caseload, ranging from individuals experiencing mild emotional challenges to those seeking guidance on major life transitions. You will play a pivotal role in assisting clients in navigating their mental health journey, helping them develop resilience and achieve personal growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure in your respective state as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• At least two years of professional experience in counseling or therapy, specifically working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain client records, session notes, and treatment plans.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when engaging through virtual platforms like Zoom or Skype.

Compensation and Benefits\n
