Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and timely individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and client comfort.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate client goals and progress assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on helping stable, low-acuity adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current mental health counseling license in your state of residence for independent practice. We are seeking candidates with one of the following credentials: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Psychologist

• No limited or provisional licenses and no past disciplinary actions against your professional standing.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening.

• Strong computer literacy to manage virtual workflows effectively, including experience with video conferencing tools.

• Access to a reliable internet connection, computer with webcam, and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary between USD 100,000 and 120,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.

• Weekly direct deposit for timely salary payments.
