In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work in a remote setting while also having the opportunity to utilize our outpatient office for in-person sessions when appropriate. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, establishing a safe and trusting relationship.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based psychodynamic practices.

• Provide quality counseling services for clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, and family relaticons issues.

• Engage in interactive counseling techniques aimed at fostering deeper self-awareness and emotional resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills in culturally competent counseling and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for client improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
