Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to develop comprehensive understandings of client needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans, ensuring cultural considerations are interwoven into therapeutic strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, and SFBT, in various settings including individual and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary and coordinate care with a diverse team of healthcare professionals for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation that adheres to clinic policies and state regulations, including progress notes and discharge summaries.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools to better manage their mental health journeys.

• Conduct ongoing treatment evaluations to assess progress and adapt plans based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Engage in continuing education and stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
