Work Environment\n

This position is based remotely, allowing you the flexibility to engage with clients from a comfortable and personalized setting while still feeling connected to your colleagues through regular team meetings and professional development opportunities. Our work hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive and tailored to each patient's unique experiences and needs.

• Design and implement effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring that treatment plans align with patients' cultural backgrounds and personal preferences.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focusing on mental health concerns, equipping clients with tools to foster resilience and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during urgent mental health situations, demonstrating your strong crisis management skills and calm demeanor.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment modalities, and community resources to empower their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based approaches to treatment, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

• Demonstrable experience providing individual and group therapy, particularly utilizing inclusive methods that consider cultural context.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure, ensuring the safety and support of clients in distress.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating rapport-building with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools used in clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
