Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and positive behavior support plans.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of all required paperwork.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to guide clinical decision-making, collaborating with the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.

• Engage with community partners and relevant service systems to facilitate access to additional resources for clients.

• Actively participate in the clinic’s licensing and accreditation processes, contributing your expertise to protect the integrity and quality of our services.

• Establish and nurture communication channels with local, state, federal, and private agencies, promoting our programs and seeking potential collaborations for funding and resources.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings that enhance your skills and broaden your involvement in the mental health community.
