Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories related to substance abuse and their mental health, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addiction concerns and underlying mental health issues, utilizing a client-centered approach.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to foster breakthrough moments for clients.

• Collaborate closely with the treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a coordinated approach to care that tackles complex client needs.

• Involve and educate clients’ families in the treatment process, providing psychoeducation and resources that enhance their supportive role in the recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

This position primarily focuses on clients with substance use disorders, many of whom may also experience co-occurring mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
