Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the substance use histories, mental health needs, and treatment requirements of clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, addressing both substance addiction and any underlying mental health issues, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing recognized therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), adjusting techniques to fit clients' unique contexts.

Qualifications\n
