Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to promote positive change.

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, fostering an environment of trust and safety.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, discussing treatment plans and sharing insights on client progress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, abiding by ethical standards and confidentiality regulations, while also complying with local laws regarding mental health practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and obtaining certifications to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
