Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health to inform treatment strategies.

• Design and implement customized therapy plans that address individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally appropriate and responsive techniques.

• Regularly track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
