Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to effectively evaluate and identify the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring they are aligned with measurable goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that are centered on evidence-based methodologies.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation within the EHR, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinical staff to provide the highest quality of care.

• Participate in regular case review and treatment planning meetings to enhance patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services when required, using de-escalation techniques and empathy to guide clients through immediate challenges.
